STEP BY STEP END OF LEASE CLEANING PROCESS
Booking process so easy, you’ll just need to make a few click
1) After booking, the support team will contact you within 2 business days.
2) Our support team will request the photo and your requirements of the property. We will provide you with a quotation.
3) Pick a booking date which is suitable for you. It must be 1-2 days before the final inspection date
4) After confirmation, the first payment will be 30% of the total payment on the quotation. The balance 70% payment can be made via online payment after the cleaning is done.
5) Our skilled cleaners will be at your doorstep on the booking date. If you are not available, they will pick up the keys at a safe place at the specified location mentioned by the client.
6) Our cleaners are fully equipped with all required tools.
7) If the cleaners complete the jobs within the specified time, they will wait for the client to step in and evaluate the property.
8) Our cleaners will leave once the client is satisfied with the clean.
9) After completing the payment, our cleaners will return the key to you.
10) We provide a free re-clean within 72hours in case the landlord or the property manager is unsatisfied.
