Check-Out Inspection
& Maintenance

-We do more than just cleaning. We take care of it like our own home

- We will do an inspection every time a customer checks out to ensure that your property is still in perfect condition. Because we don't want to cause an unpleasant check-in experience for the next customer.

- If there are any damaged or missing items, we will immediately report to our client for the fast processing possible. We'll have a handyman or you can use your own way to fix the damages.

- In the case of a missing key, we will help our clients get in touch with the previous customer immediately to investigate further. If the key is missing, we will request compensation to re-do a new key as soon as possible

- We will also provide a full check report via google drive consequently. You will get instant issues or damage report via email

We do an inspenction as soon as our cleaners arrive at the property to ensure any item broken or damaged by previous guest

We make sure that every piece of linen is hygienic and perfectly positioned

Small bad issues will completely change the guest's check-in experience.

After guest checkout, we ensure the coffee, tea & sugar are ready in the kitchen.

We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet roll in the bathroom. We will ensure laundry powder, and dishwashing powder/liquids are refilled. Last, we will ensure the sponge is new, bin liners for the kitchen, and laundry room is clean with replaced with a new set.
